Kim Kardashian turns 32, celebrates in Italy with Kanye West

Kim Kardashian is getting a lot of birthday love on Sunday, October 21. The reality star turned 32 and had an early celebration in Italy with rapper boyfriend Kanye West.

Kardashian wrote about being "whisked away to Rome for a birthday surprise" on her blog on October 19. The post shows photos of Kardashian and West holding hands out and about. Kardashian is seen in the photos wearing a green Lavin dress and Tom Ford heels.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star joked earlier in the week that she dressed better when West was in town.

Kardashian later Tweeted on October 19, "Italy is so beautiful! Best Birthday ever!!!"

West and Kardashian first went public with their romance in April. Since then she has appeared in one of West's music videos and he admitted he rapped about her in a song.

The reality star also received a Persian kitten as a gift from West in Septem! ber. ! The kitten is named Mercy after the first single from Kanye West's new album, "Cruel Summer."

Kardashian appeared on "The View" in September and talked about her relationship with the 35-year-old musician. She told host Barbara Walters that she hopes and believes that her relationship will be "a permanent relationship."

"At the space that I am in life now, kids are definitely something I want," Kardashian said. "I think I fell in love so quickly and wanted that to be my life so badly, but I just didn't take the time to find someone."

Kardashian is still in the midst of a legal battle regarding her divorce from Kris Humphries despite filing for divorce nearly a year ago.
