Kanye West has been accused by a record company of illegally sampling copyrighted material on his album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

The 'Clique' rapper has been accused by record label TufAmerica for improperly using samples of songs owned by the company on for the smash album.
According to the record label, the 35-year-old rapper used sections of New Orleans singers Eddie Bos 'Hook & Sling' that they owned from 1969 in both 'Who Will Survive In America' and Lost In The World.
Based on the claim filed by TufAmerica, Roc-A-Fella and Universal Music Group paid them $62,500 for lisening fees but "failed and refused" to include that it will be for multiple uses.
Earlier this year, the Monster rapper was caught up in another sampling battle for using a bands track for the remix of Girls Girls Girls.
TufAmerica is seeking damages from both Roc-A-Fella and Universal Music Group under copyright infringement.
