Kanye West rapped about Kim Kardashian in 2009's 'Knock You Down' when she was dating Reggie Bush

Fans have been on a field day deciphering Kanye Wests lyrics that he has written about his girlfriend Kim Kardashian in new songs Way Too Cold, Perfect B---- and more. But a new report suggests that he started rapping about his love for Kardashian all the way back in 2009.

In Wests song Knock You Down, sources close to the rapper tell TMZ that he secretly rapped about his feelings for Kardsahian.

Never mentioning her name, he said "You was always the cheerleader of my dreams / To seem to only date the head of football teams / And I was the class clown that always kept you laughing / We were never meant to be, baby we just happened."

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was dating NFL star Reggie Bush at the time.

At the end, West even says You should leave your boyfriend now."

In his song Way Too Cold, formerly called Theraflu, West rapped about her estranged husband Kris Humphries, Contact Music reports.

"And I'll admit I fell in love with Kim, around the same time she had fell in love with him. Well that's cool, baby girl, do your thing. Lucky I ain't have Jay drop him from the team.
