Kanye West\'s shoes receive high bids online
A pair of trainers designed by Kanye West is being sold for tens of thousands of dollars.
The official price tag is $245, but bids for Nike's new Air Yeezy 2 sneakers - designed by the rapper - have already topped $80,000 on the internet.
The shoes are not released in stores until Saturday, however people have been camping outside shops across America for over a week, hoping to get a pair of the in demand footwear which Kanye has been seen wearing for several months now.
Some people who were able to pre-order the sneakers have pre-listed them on eBay. The online auctions range in value but one has already reached $89,100.
Kanye launched an expletive-filled tirade against a fan during his performance in Paris at the weekend.
The 'All Of The Lights' hitmaker was furious when an audience member shone a laser pen in his direction at the show in France, causing the US star - who was performing as part of he and Jay-Z's 'Watch The Throne' world tour - ordered the man to 'chill the f**k out' or be thrown out of the venue.
