Kanye West's house burglarized early Wednesday morning

Kanye West's house was broken into early Wednesday morning, reports law enforcement sources.

West's house, which is currently up for sale at the hefty price of $3,995,000, says TMZ, was visited by the LAPD when someone from West's camp phoned the police to report the break-in. When police arrived, no one was in the house but some of West's belongings were reportedly dropped by the burglars on the way out.

The LAPD were unable to report if anything was taken from the house and no suspect information has been released at this time, says E! Online.

This is the second time the rapper has put the 3-bedroom house up for sale. In 2010, West unsuccessfully attempted to sell his place for close to $4 million. The sale this time coincides with the sale of West's girlfriend's, Kim Kardashian's, home as well, sparking rumors that the two may be moving in together.

LAPD detectives have dusted West's home for fingerprints and are waiting for him to return home to personally identify any missing items. West is currently in Birmingham, England in the middle of a concert tour.
