Kanye West Follows Only One Twitter Account: Kim Kardashian

He may have 7,796,029 Twitter followers, but Kanye West only follows one account, and that's his lady, Kim Kardashian.

Kardashian, too, follows a low number of Twitter followers (177) compared to the number of followers the reality star has, which is almost double her man's--15,068,875.

West and Kardashian have been dating for about four months now, and she recently told Oprah Winfrey that it's "very comforting to have someone that knows everything about you, that respects you, understands you, has gone through similar things," according to USMagazine.com.
