As the rumor mill spins, more details on Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West and reality star Kim Kardashian's alleged romance continue to spill online.

According to reports, the speculated couple hooked up for a Manhattan dinner date a couple days ago in New York City's Chelsea area.

Their Manhattan romp continued Thursday night when Kardashian, stunning in sky-high black heels and a creme-colored blouse, dined with the rapper and three friends, including makeup artist Joyce Bonelli, at Cafeteria. Looking happy together at the trendy Chelsea eatery, they shared a plate of fried chicken, waffles and macaroni and cheese. "They entered through a secret door and dined in Cafeteria's brand new [private dining room] to have some privacy," a source tells PEOPLE. "Kim and Kanye sat together, and she kept taking pictures of him on her cell phone. It was cute." The source adds: "They had fun, but were very low-key." (People)

To make things steamier, Kardashian was also spotted sporting a hickey-like mark on her neck this week.

We know Kanye West loves to flaunt his new romance with Kim Kardashian - his new song "Theraflu" reveals details about how he fell in love with her -- but ! is it po ssible he also purposely left his mark on her after an all-night date? Kim was spotted walking the New York City streets April 5, and we couldn't help but notice it looks like she had a hickey on her neck!
