Jay-Z, Kanye West Reach Hot 100's Top 10 with 'Paris'; Rihanna Still No. 1

On the Digital Songs chart, the track holds at No. 2 for a second frame, after five frames at No. 1, with 164,000 downloads sold (down 22%), according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Below Rihanna's Hot 100 leader, LMFAO's "Sexy and I Know It" logs a fifth week at No. 2. The cut rises 4-2 on Radio Songs (112 million) but falls to No. 3 after a week atop Digital Songs (157,000, down 30%).While it could still command the Hot 100 going forward, "Sexy" has spent the most time at the runner-up position for a No. 2-peaking song since Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" tallied seven weeks in the silver medal spot in 2009-10. West tallies his 14th top 10 with the advance.Katy Perry's "The One That Got Away" maintains its No. 9 rank on the Hot 100, gaining by 17% in airplay (82 million), though decreasing by 31% in digital sales (95,000). As previously reported, the song could regain sales momentum due its 69-cent sale pricing in the iTunes Store. "One" will need such a retail boost for Perry to score an unprecedented sixth Hot 100 No. 1 from her album "Teenage Dream."
