Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are taking every step to ensure privacy when Kim delivers their baby. Sources close to the Hollywood A-List couple tell HollywoodLife.com they will have extra hospital security much likeJay-Z and Beyonce.

But leading up to the big day, our source says Kanye is going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure Kims getting plenty exercise and rest, taking care of his princess every need.

All [he's] doing now is just making sure Kim and the baby are healthy and that shes getting rest and food and exercise, the source says.
