In her first photo shoot since announcing she was pregnant with Kanye West's child, Kardashian talked to DuJour magazine about everything from her baby rituals to newfound outlooks on privacy.

Kardashian reportedly never wears flats unless working out, considers getting "manicures and whatnot" a form of mediation, and values working over partying.

DuJour reports Kim no longer signs autographs for every fan who asks her. Kanye has "taught" Kim "a lot about privacy," so now she tells fans her boyfriend will not let her sign autographs.
