Socialite Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West can't decide whether they want to employ nannies after their first baby's birth or not.

The couple is expecting their child's birth soon, and Kanye wants some nannies to help Kim with the baby. However Kim, 32, is ready to balance her professional and personal life single-handedly, reports eonline.com.
