Kanye West Likens Himself to Steve Jobs, Picasso... and Walt Disney?
The rapper and father-to-be has been getting a lot off his chest, lately. On Saturday, he dissed Justin Timberlake, on Sunday, he screamed for about a minute before throwing down his microphone, and on Monday, he informed a Paris audience that he's a genius who is CHANGING THE WORLD, Y'ALL.
"There's no motherf**king awards or sponsorshops or none of that s**t that can stop the dedication to bringing y'all that real s**t," Kanye told a crowd at Le Zenith. "No matter how they try to control you, or the motherf**ker next to you tries to peer pressure you, you can do what you motherf**king want. I am Picasso. I'm Walt Disney, I'm Steve Jobs."
It's very interesting that, in a speech decrying corporate sponsorships, West lionizes both Walt Disney and Steve Jobs, creators of the empires that often sponsor artists. But hey, irony! It's fun sometimes.
A video of the outburst is available below, if you feel like being yelled at.
