WATCH: Kanye West Makes Nervous Debut On Keeping Up With The Kardashians

It was the moment that cemented the reports that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were an item, and last night viewers got to see what happened behind-the-scenes (so to speak) in the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

As the family prepared to attend the opening of Scott Disick's restaurant in NYC, viewers saw Kanye make his debut as he arrives at Kim's place just as she's finishing getting ready.

Dressed in a black dress, Kim can then be seen asking her beau for fashion advice and despite his confident public persona, Kanye could be looking a tad nervous as Kim hurried around.

Whilst viewers may have been left surprised by Kanye's nervous disposition on the show, it appears as though Kim already knew, telling her mum, Kris Jenner that Kanye may find the filming "a little overwhelming".

The star, who is more than happy to parade around with Kanye now, tried to be coy about her relationship with Kanye a few months ago when the episode was filmed, telling the cameras: "I don't want to make a big fuss about it - we're just hanging out."
