Is Kanye West and Kim Kardashian dating?

Kim showed up with Kanye West's runway show at Paris Fashion Week, and showed up rocking his recently released Giueseppi Zanotti crochet stilettos, as well as pieces from his new Dw By Kanye collection.

Following the show, the pair were seen partying with their celeb friends at a Paris club, and took pictures, while she tweeted about how much he loved Kanye's designs.

"I just love what he designs," Kim wrote (@KimKardashian). "Look at me, I'm dressed head to toe in his stuff. In my view he's a creative genius, I think he creates beautiful clothes that women want to wear."

While nothing is confirmed, Kim's sister Khloe added to the speculation, recently commented on their budding relationship, claiming "it's not like that," but in the same breath arguing that "if they were to go there, it would be a long relationship."

However, Khloe later admitted that Kim and Kanye tried to date previously, but it didn't work out.

"They were talking and trying to go on a date here and there, but it just didn't work out," she said on Sway's Shade 45 morning show. "I know they hung out, but I know it's never gotten to there. I know because they each respect each other and I think, if they were ever ! to go th ere, I think it would be like a long relationship. I genuinely think that too, because we have so much in common like our families, losing parents and we do have a lot of connections. I think that if they were to go there, it would be a long relationship.

"From what I've been told and even how they are around each other, it's not like that."
