Kim Kardashian may be constantly snapped looking loved-up with rapper beau Kanye West, however new reports suggest that all may not be well behind closed doors, with the brunette apparently being worried about the showbiz couple's romance. Uh-oh!

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star may be expecting her first child with the 'Stronger' rapper, but it seems like things may not be as perfect as they seem.

His passion for Kim has cooled, a source told In Touch magazine.

Its making Kim very nervous. If Kanye abandons her and she ends up a single mom, it will be her worst nightmare.

Although engagement rumours have surrounded Kim and Kanye, otherwise known as 'Kimye', for a while now, the brunette has said that they are in no hurry to walk down the aisle.

[Marriage] is something I know that we both want in our future, but I dont have this sense of urgency about it, she told US Cosmopolitan magazine.

However, if Kim wants all to go well with the pregnancy it seems like she may have to take things a little easier, after the star was rushed to hospital.

This is the reality star's first child and her daily work outs in a bid to say slim have raised eyebrows with a source telling the Mail Online, she does not 'respect her pregnancy: "Kims not respecting her pregnancy. Shes running around, working out seven days a week. Shes working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer."

Kim tweeted on Friday (March 8th) a message to reassure fans that both mother and baby are doing well: "Thanks for all the well wishes, I'm doing fine! Just resting... have a good weekend. Love you guys!"

A source close to the family has said that Kim's scare has been a wake up call and she will be slowing things down from now on: "She's very responsible about meeting all her appointments. But she knows this is something serious."
