Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may be pretty much joined together at the hip, but it seems like spending so much time with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star may be jeopardising Kanye's career, sources say.

Although Kanye's still successful work-wise, it seems like the reality star may be overpowering the rapper and his popularity has already 'started waning' according to Confidenti@l.

His personal life is overpowering his music, an industry source says.

Every time he plays, people are wondering if Kim is going to be there. Its not a good thing for him, especially if he wants to be taken seriously.

Kardashian is also affecting Wests income, it seems. The rapper was offered several opportunities to host New Years Eve parties in Vegas and Miami, but only if he could bring Kim, leading him to decline the offers.

Kanye was actually offended by the offers, says the source.

In the beginning of their relationship, Kanye wasn't a huge fan of appearing on the family reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but eventually gave in.

He made it clear to her he doesnt want to be on her show, but Kim gets upset so he caves in, adds the source.
