Kanye West Getting Sued for Gold Digger

*Kanye West is in trouble. And no, Kims not pregnant with another mans baby.

The rapper is getting sued for his famous song, Gold digger.

Trena Steward and Lorenzo Pryor have filed a civil complaint against West, Roc-A-Fella Records, The Island Def Jam Music Group and others for copyright infringement, among other claims.

Steward and Pryor own a percentage of the Thunder & Lightning song Bumpin Bus Stop, which they allege West sampled on Gold Digger, says Stop the Presses!

These guys were digging (pun not intended) for those little bits. Only a few short phrases is what the pair is attempting to collect for.

Get Down, Step Up, Its the Hottest Thing and Step Up Front, were allegedly written and performed by David Pryor on Bumpin Bus Stop.

The Pryors are seeking $150,000 for infringement and attorney fees.

Kanyes Gold Digger sold more than 3 million copies in the U.S. and more than triple that world wide.
