'Love Sick' Kanye West Follows Kim Kardashian To London

Looks like Kanye West can't bear to be parted from his lover of six months Kim Kardashian as the rapper has arrived in London just hours after his girlfriend arrived in the UK with her sister Kourtney, to promote their new fashion line Kardashian Kollection.

The 'Church In The Wild' star was spotted arriving at Kim's uber exclusive hotel, The Dorchester in Mayfair, London last night where she is staying during her visit. Kim was also missing her beau in the brief hours apart as she sported a 'KW' ring as she jetted from Miami to London.

The couple were forced to deny engagement rumours following a romantic trip to Rome last month, but in a recent interview Kim admitted she couldn't imagine being with anyone else.

"I cant even think about being with anyone else than the man Im with, she reportedly told Tatler magazine.

Its so nice to have a best friend in this game who understands everything youre going through. Being with someone Ive known for so many years is comforting."

She continued: Hes been there through so many different stages of my life and before I was famous, so this relationship is a different thing entirely. Its good to be aware that he definitely doesnt want anything from me too, because he understands the business.
